Archer T2U Plus, can't create mobile hot spot(Windows 11)
Windows 11 version: 22H2
Windows 11 build: 22621.1848
If enter into the console "netsh wlan show drivers", I get "Hosted Network Support: No", but the adapter supports network distribution. Everything worked on the previous system, what should I do?

Hello, thanks for your help. I may have just found a working solution for this problem if anyone else has it. I don’t know if it’s worth doing this for the sake of a mobile hotspot, but on this build of Windows: Windows 10 Pro Release: Version 22H2 OS build: 19045.3086 Interoperability: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0 Hotspot works fine even without drivers, it gives the maximum values that it can with settings and drivers. This solution works for me.

Hi,
I have also noticed that my USB Wi-Fi dongles that are using RTL8811 and RTL8812 chips from Realtek (like the Archer T2U Plus) can be really stubborn when trying to activate the Windows 10 or 11 "Mobile hotspot" feature.
I have not been able to determine what exactly makes it work, but for me a combination of switching back and forth the setting "Share my Internet connection from" between "Ethernet and "Wi-Fi x" and connecting the USB Wi-Fi dongle to different wireless networks (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) eventually results in the Hotspot to switch on successfully. But it usually takes some time of trying.
And this is with the newest driver version in existence. (1030.44.822.2023)
It's funny though that once the Hotspot starts working I can power off the computer and when I power it back on and activate the Hotspot it still works.
What seems to break it again is connecting the Realtek Wi-Fi dongle to other wireless networks (I have a few different routers here). Then the dreaded red message "We can't setup mobile hotspot" might reappear.
