Needing to change the log in for my app. Surely this is possible? 

 

All I have read in the forums is start a new account & set up 'the device' again. 

We have 60+ devices! 

We just need to change the actual login - does anyone know how to do this?

Hi,
Currently, the Tapo app doesn't support changing the email account directly, and you can change the email account refer to the following steps, but it will be a little complex.
1. Register a TP-Link account with your new email address.
2. Log out of the current account by navigating to APP > Me > View Account > Tap Log Out.
3. log in to the Tapo app with the new account.
4. Reset all the smart devices referring to your manual and set them up again following the instructions on the app.
