Cannot access to my camera
Intending to access by using admin/admin user/password words in my smartphone Samsung Galaxy S20+ with Android 13, through TpCamera app, it is not possible to access to the camera and see any video...

Hi,
If you can't access the camera with admin/admin, it may be you have changed the username and password before. You can try to factory reset the camera and reconfigure it if you don't remember the login account.
1) You can refer to the UG to reset the camera.
2) You can refer to the instructions below to configure the camera.

I'm seeing the same problem.
The firmware version has an old TLS version which is not longer allowed..
Until they dont release a new firmware it will be imposibble to work.
