Hi,
If you are stuck on the "Pairing Failed" step when configuring the camera, you can try the following steps.
1. Update your Tapo app to the latest one.
2. Ensure your router has an internet connection. If there are special settings, such as MAC Filtering, Firewall, ACL, etc., please disable or delete the entries first.
3. Reboot the router and the camera.
4. Hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, when it has a flashing amber and green light, try to reconfigure it, and check if it can be configured successfully.
