The H500 does not work on the app

When i install the h500 on the app afther a few sec he disapeer from the app .

Also the ip- camera i got from tapo does not support H500 ? I have 5 tapo cam,s . Different ones.

What's the condition of the hub's status led? Make sure your phone is connected to the same network as the hub, turn off cellular data and VPN, then check if the hub is visible in the app under local control. Try to reload app homepage, or force-close and re-open the app several times.
Does the hub use WiFi or ethernet connection?

What you told me i didt it several times . I did it with android or with iphone , make no diverend . On wifi or with cable . There is something with the app or connection ?

What state is the hub's status led on? What's the color? Is it flashing or solid on?
To locate the cause, please submit an log through the app after the problem reoccurs. How to get the log of Tapo app

same issue here... rebooted/reset/restarted at least 20 times: the H500 briefly pops up in the list of devices and then disappears. tried on ipad and android phone, same result.

@Wayne-TP i don t know how to react prive . On the image you see that i have him , just for a second too make a screenshot and than he disapeer .
