We're thrilled to announce that the first firmware adding Energy Monitoring via Matter is now available for the Tapo P110M!

TP-Link Enhances Matter Compatibility with Energy Monitoring via Firmware Update
All Matter-certified devices with energy monitoring will eventually support Matter energy monitoring functionality via firmware updates. Currently, the update is being rolled out first to the Tapo P110M, the new firmware 1.3.2 Build 250526 Rel.171305.

Modifications and Bug Fixes:
1. Matter 1.3 is now ready, which allows real-time and historical power/energy usage tracking in Matter-enabled apps.
2. Enhanced device security.
3. Optimized Wi-Fi connection performance.
Note
(1) Not all the Matter-enabled apps have fully implemented Matter 1.3 to support energy monitoring, risking inconsistent use experiences.
(2) SmartThings and Home Assistant are verified to offer functional Matter energy monitoring (though still evolving) for the time being.
