Fault alarm /detection on new c560ws
Fault alert on new new c560ws. It is very annoying that all birds captured in screen will defined as a people. I just need the camera to alert me when people in front of my door. I tried all setting, remove all kind of detections, face detection and only people detection is on, changing the sensitive from 1-9 but no help at all. I have four other cam (C120, C520Ws) which don't have such issue.

Hi,
I’ve reinstalled the C560WS and updated it with the third firmware release, but the false alert issue still persists, which is very frustrating.
To be honest, please don’t attribute this problem to environmental factors. As shown in the attached video, the recording was taken in daylight with a clear, unobstructed environment—yet the camera still misidentified a bird as a person.
What’s confusing is that the C520WS works correctly under the exact same conditions, while the new C560WS does not. I understand that the technical team has been working hard to address this through firmware updates, but the performance is still far from acceptable.
At this point, I believe TP-Link should seriously consider recalling the C560WS. It’s misleading to market this product as a reliable security camera when it clearly has such a critical flaw.

i can top your problems.
Since i connect the C560WS to the H500 for local Storage the facial detection doesn't work anymore.
The standalone Camera recognized faces not good, but it did it. Now nothing happend and i get fault_alarm from trees, Birds as "Person".
The support is working and i hope they can fix it.

You may do it the same as me, just use this C560WS as backup cam, no alert, just for recording everything. Otherwise, you will get fault alert with bird, chicken, wolf, squirrel as "People" and feeling unsafe around the house because you will not sure there is people or not in front of your house when you got an alert.
To be honestly, I gave up to testing this cam already.
