Had this doorbell for a couple of days. Yesterday after numerous trips round the settings - both Android App and Tapo app I had a pop up appearing on my phone when the doorbell was rung. I was getting a terrible noise when trying to deal with a call so went through the reset 5 second press procedure. Now I dont get any notification on my phone when the bell is pressed but I can see the camera view on my phone so presume the pairing is ok, I hope someone can help.

Make sure doorbell's notification feature is enabled: device settings > Notification > Activity Notification.

Double-check relevant notification settings: What can I do if I cannot receive my doorbell ringcall notifications?
