2x v1 and 1x V2 c325wb .. I set detection zones .. then they reset .. why ? Done this several times .. for home and away settings.. again they keep resetting
... Unhappy I've been sent v1 and V2 .. what are my rights to return even though they have been fitted?

If you set the detection zone on the camera's Device Settings > Detection > Detection Zones > Edit page, please remember to tap the Save button at the top right corner to save your detection zones before you exit the edit page.
Usually, the detection zones won't reset themself. If this behavior occurs after you tap the Home/Away mode card, it may be due to incorrect detection zone settings in the Home/Away mode. Please refer to the following instructions to check and edit your Home/Away mode settings.

It's recommended to contact your retailer to check if you can return your cameras.
