Firmware the latest. Internet connection is stable.

 

I have 2 cameras connected to the same home network. 1 of them has been showing offline for the last 3 days.

 

I won't be home for another month and want to make sure there is no intruder coming in, if it hasn't already.

 

1) What causes this offline camera issue? Just 1 camera out of 2?

 

2) What are the troubleshoot steps to get this camera back online while I cannot physically be home to reset the camera?

Hi,
It's hard to say what causes one of the cameras to be offline with the provided information. For example, it may be the offline camera has a weak signal from the router, thus it disconnects from the router.

You may let your family/friend help you reboot the camera and check if it will be online. Or you can reboot the router remotely for a try.
