Lumière flash rouge
Bonjour nous avons la caméra depuis quelques mois,soudainement elle a cessé de fonctionner et s'est mis à flasher rouge, j'ai tenté un Reset avec le bouton pendant cinq secondes et rien ne se passe. La lumière rouge clignote toujours. quels sont les étapes suivantes?

You can try the following steps if the camera keeps flashing the red LED.
1. Press the power button for three seconds to turn off the camera, remove the SD card from the camera if there is one, and press the power button for three seconds to turn on the camera.
2. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it.
3. If the LED on the camera is flashing red and green, try to configure the camera: How to set up the Tapo camera
4. If the LED on the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you may contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
