Hi,

 

I'm having issue with the TPlink Archer NX200 V2.2.

 

Previous firmware: 1.1.0 3.0 v60e0.0 Build 250812 Rel.76795n

 

Current updated firmware: 1.2.0 3.0 v60e0.0 Build 250725 Rel.73467n

 

Before I upgrade the firmware, the internet is intermittent. So i decided to upgrade the firmware. But once I upgrade, the issue is still the same. Plus, when I wants to enter the management WebUi, it becomes slower than before, even with direct lan cable to the device.

 

I have setup it as dual band steering.

 

Need help on this.

Hi, may I know your SIM ISP?

How often would the internet drop out?

Would there be any change to the LED status on the router when the internet is disconnected?

Do you need to restart the router to get the internet connection back?

Later, if the router drops out again, please try to save the following details:

  • A screenshot of the internet status, such as:

  • A copy of the web UI system log.
