bit tricky: open Tapo app > Doorbell > Settings > Doorbell > Ring > (set tone)

Hi, 
Typically, on the doorbell camera's Device Settings > Doorbell > Doorbell Ring page, you can set the ringtone and volume of your doorbell.
The instructions in the TD21's UG > Page 18 > 3.3 Set Doorbell settings will help you find the ringtone settings.
