My C560 4k camera is immediately going out of calibration

i set a preset PTZ position, move the camera and then ask it to return to the preset and it is not the saved position preset it moves back to.  Each move it is 5-10 degrees incorrect.  Do it 10 times and it's pointing in completely the wrong direction

move done the PTZ recalibration repeatedly but every move and the calibration is wrong again and not going back to the preset

i have more of these c560 cameras but this motor on this C560 is particularly noisy when moving
