I do have two of this cameras one hw v1 and second hw v2. Both bought at the same time, long time ago, unfortunately didn't realised that they're different. So now I am having a load of issues with them, to use them with my home assistant. Anyway.
But most annoying problem is that I cant download recordings to my phone using your app while I am out of my home network. Such a stupid restriction.

Regarding the feature request to download the camera's video recordings from the SD card remotely, we suggest voting and leaving your use case in the thread "Download arbitrary clip from remote camera" for evaluation. While we don't have any specific details that I can share about whether this feature can come to the product or when it might, I'll log the feature request and pass it along to the relevant team for evaluation.
