Hi,
You can try the following steps.
1. Turn off your camera, and remove the SD card from it if there is one. Turn the camera back on with the original power adapter and cord.
2. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Please pay attention to the LED status on the camera during reset.
3. If the LED is flashing red and green after a factory reset, please go to your phones, tablets, or laptops to check if the camera's default SSID Tapo_Cam_XXXX appears.
4. If the camera's default SSID appears, you can try to reconfigure the camera in the Tapo app: How to set up the Tapo camera
5. If the camera's default SSID is still not showing, and the camera's LED does not change during reset, you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
Best Regards
