Tapo C310 offline after reboot
Hello
Still having problems with the C310, not coming back online in the Tapo app.
I needed to reboot the device since it was slow and I rebootet the device remotely trough the Tapo app.
After the reboot, the device is listed Offline in the Tapo app.
I can see the C310 in the Tether app under the router as online and active.
The other camera C310 on site is also connected with cable (ethernet), the third one is on WiFi.
The router is set to reboot every night at 3 o'clock and it's doing fine, since all the other devices comes back online with no problems.
The C310 (called "Brændeskur") is online on the router, receiving/sending data and therefore apparently working, but doesn't get online in the Tapo app for some reasons.
Some Tapo server issues???
To turn the electricity off/on directly on camera usually helps, but that's not an option, since the camera is on a remote site, that's a few hours away. A reboot should be enough.
There must be a bug somewhere, on the firmware off the camera, the Tapo app or at the Tapo server side that cannot register the camera back online properly.
Hope there is a permanent solution for this problem, where I can be able to reboot a device remotely with no problems afterward.
