Aussenkamera
Hallo, wir benutzen 3 Kameras, jetzt hat sich bei allen 3 Geräten der Privatsphären Modus eingestellt und lässt sich nicht entfernen, es kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung (versuchen Sie es später erneut)
Reset, Neustart, Geräte entfernen und wieder hinzugefügen hilft leider auch nicht.

1. What are your cameras' model numbers, hardware, and firmware versions? You can go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to find the model and version info.
2. What's your phone's model number and OS version? What's the Tapo app version?
3. Please check the LED status on your cameras, such as solid green, solid red, etc.
4. You can try to uninstall the Tapo app on your phone, then reinstall the latest version from Google Play or App Store, and check if it helps. Please try downloading the Tapo app on a different phone (if you have one), then check whether you can turn off the camera's privacy mode on that phone.
