new wifi connection
Bonjjour,
J'ai redemarré mon tapo c200 ce matin avec le wifi. tout paraissait OK.
Puis changé de wifi et du coup j'ai perdu toute connexion.
La cam ne s'allume même plus. Ni lumière rouge ni verte. Je l'ai bien réinitialisé .

If the camera can't be turned on now, please try the following steps and check if they help.
1. Please ensure the camera is connected to the original power adapter and power cord. Make sure the wired connection is tightly connected.
2. Remove the SD card from the camera if there is one. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
3. If the camera remains off, try a different power socket and power adapter if you have one.
4. If the above steps do not work, contact your retailer or the local support team to check if your camera is under warranty.
