You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the modem has no internet connection.

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. What's the LED status on the modem, especially the DSL and internet LED status? Is your modem connected to a phone line for internet connection?
  2. Who is your ISP? Does it provide the Internet Connection Type, username, and password?
  3. Please log in to the web UI of the modem, and then send us a screenshot of the Status > Device Info page.
