Please contact the local technical support with the following information if you would like to analyze the reported phenomenon further.
1. The camera's MAC address.
2. The date and time when the reported phenomenon occurs, and your time zone.
3. Confirm if you have shared the camera with other persons. Check if you have established the RTSP/Onvif connections with third-party apps.
4. Go to the Tapo app > Me > View Account > Login Security > Login Activity to see if any other devices have logged into the Tapo app with your account.
5. If your camera is configured to record video continuously to the inserted SD card, please download the video showing the reported phenomenon for analysis.
6. Please refer to the instructions "How to get the log of Tapo Camera" to collect the camera log, and send it to support via email.
