My Tapo Camera C220 stopped working this afternoon (Thurs 28 May 2026) showing a constant Red light. 
None of the reset methods trigger a reset. Even the manual reset, pressing the reset button does NOT make the Red light flash. 
the router has been also restarted to see if that would make a difference but no luck.
