Hi , my camera was working fine until we have a power cut , when trying to reconnect (and I have reset the camera etc) when I add the WiFi password the camera keeps saying WiFi password is incorrect and yet on my other cameras it's fine , any help appreciated

Hello,

If you fail to set up or configure your Tapo camera, please follow the steps below:

   1. Re‑enter the correct Wi‑Fi password.

    2. Ensure both the phone and camera are connected to the same Wi‑Fi during pairing.

    3. Test by connecting the camera to a guest network or mobile hotspot.

    4. Move the camera closer to the router, reset the camera, reboot the router, and try again.

    5. Please try to connect the camera to another wifi(hotspot wifi or another router's wifi)
