The firmware on your router seems to be the latest version. 

 

Where are you located? Who is your ISP? Do you purchase the router, or is it provided by your ISP? 
Please describe the phenomenon you experienced in detail so we can better assist you.

Oh ...Beta fw is latest? Slovenia, muliple ISP, test equipment. I am having issues with manual nework select and throughput.

Hi,
The NE210-Outdoor is an ISP-customized 4G/5G Router; it usually won't use beta firmware. Could you clarify what you mean by "test equipment"? How did you acquire this router and the firmware it is running?

 

Is the issue you are currently facing that the router cannot connect to the internet after the SIM card is inserted? Which ISP issued the SIM card? Does your mobile phone connect to the internet when the same SIM card is inserted?

If not, please describe the problem phenomenon in detail.

FW was preloaded, I can't find any FW online.

There is also issue when roaming abroad, device has to be reset when moving from home network to roaming and vice versa.

Hi,
The firmware on your router should be the official & latest firmware.

-- 1) What do you mean by "reset"? Do you mean power off the router and power it back on, or perform a factory reset and reconfigure it?


    2) Please provide the following information for further analysis.
         a. Please send us the screenshots of the router's web UI > Advanced > Status pages before and after you move from home to abroad or vice versa.
         b. Please send us the screenshots of the router's web UI > Advanced > Network > Mobile WAN pages before and after you move from home to abroad or vice versa.
         c. Please ensure the Data Roaming is enabled on the Advanced > Network > Mobile WAN page.
