Switch Gerenciavel Tp-link Gigabit - Tl-sg3428 eu botei em nuvem, no acesso a nuvem ele dar como inativo mesmo eu adotando ele no sistema, tenho um eap 115 tplink na porta desse sw, tambem nao responde, me expliquem quem puder, qual funçao da nuvem se nao ser usada? nao mostra opção de pagar e nem liberação do equipamento, fico sem acesso ao sw e tambem eap, me ajudem quem puder.

Inactive? Disconnected as status or?
