Nc 220 can't add to network

Just added an nc 220 camera to my home network bit of a faff around but managed it in the end Just tried to add the second camera and even though wired to the router my iPhone says the App can't find it Any help would be much appreciated

Same is the case with NC 200 after I updated my iphone app. Seems this company doesn't care to fix it.

Your tpcamera is updated? Reset the cam, try again. Or configure it via computer then manage it on your phone
