tpcamera app version 3.1.10 not display live video while doing everything else.

My cell is grand prime (modelo g531m)  lollipop 5.1.1

works all right except show live video

Hello

turn off and start the smartphone several times and keep failing

never worked the live video and the audio live

I have another smartphone core prime g360 with lollipop 5.0.2 where the app works perfectly

Hello, does live video stop working both locally and remotely? Please show us a picture of the live video page.

The problem is in a grand prime cell phone with lollipop 5.1.1 when you want to watch live video or take a picture or record. It only shows a black screen with the icon in the center of loading. In other cell phones it works well and also in PC. Is the antivirus blocking the streaming video?

Hello,

 

From the picture, there's xx KB/s show on the Live screen , theoretically, the app has succeeded to get the streaming from the camera.Please connect phone to same wifi with the camera. If on grand prime G531 still shows same issue, then that means the phone has received the stream but is unable to decode the video streaming. 
It's recommanded to reboot the phone to fresh its own video decoder and give it a go.

 

Any updates, please let us know.

Exactly, the app receives the video streaming well but does not show it or decode it. Connecting the phone in the same Wi-Fi network continues with the same problem.
What does "reboot" mean the phone to fresh its own video decoder?How is it done? Are all the data lost, for example: whatsapp, contacts, etc.?

Hello,

 

Reboot means that you need power off the smart phone completely and then power it on to check whether it works.

 

In other word, power cycle your smart phone and give it a go.

 

Besides, may I know can you view the live video with this smart phone before?

Hi, cause the smart phone cannot decode the video, and it cannot be fixed yet, they may not able to work together. 

 

While you can use your other devices to watch the live video as a workaround.
