Model: Archer VR600v  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 000000

Hi,

 

I am trying (and currently failing) to get my new hard drive recognised on an Archer VR600.

 

My old drive was 4Tb formated as NTFS, this new one is 8Tb formated as NTFS however when I plug it in it is only recognised as 0Gb.

 

I've reformated the drive but no joy.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

 

May I know are they  the same brand USB disk drive?

 

Meanwhile, can you use the USB sharing function with it recognised as 0Gb?

 

Besides, could you please show us a screenshot of it?
