I tried several ways including pressing the reset button, switching off, deleting the camera etc but she just can’t sync with the new deco m9 plus. 

 

Pls advice if any good methods.

Hi,

 

Here is the instruction  to setup NC450.

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/821/

 

Besides, please disable the 5GHz of the Deco M9 and disable the fast roaming at first.

 

Once you setup the NC450, you can re-enable them.
