Hi everyone I need help. 

 

My TP Link NC450 camera has been flashing a red light for days. I've tried holding the WPA button down for 30s and upwards and still it doesn't reboot. I've also tried plugging in an ethernet cable in and doing the same thing to no effect. What should I do? Is it completely dead?

 

I can't access if via the web interface as I've deleted the camera from the network thinking to re-link it to the home network again.

Try to change another ethernet cable, and power cycle it.

 

Please ensure that you use the original power adapter. 

 

Try to reset it one more time by holding the WPS/reset button for 10s. 

 

STill the same, it is recommended to contact the tech support or retailer to check the warranty.
