Model: NC260
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1..5.0

The TPCamera app aksed me to upgrade to V1.5.1

However, when I click "update" on the app, after 20 mins of updating, the same old version remains in the camera info page and the app keep on asking me to update again. I tried 3 times (on the same Wifi network as the web camera).

How can I upgrade the firmware via Lan Cable to the camera which would be much quick and relaible?

Thanks.

@Kevin_Z

Thanks, but the link you sent me did not contain the NC260 firmware download? Only for other models.

@Cardiology

Below is the download link of the 1.5.1 firmware for NC260.

https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/nc260/#Firmware

If you still cannot locate it, please click https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/nc260/#Firmware

Then you can login to the web UI as the instruction mentioned on my last reply to update it.

May it help and have a nice day.
