No matter what I do, my bulb will not blink. I have tried a different lamp, tried resetting it, tried flicking switch multiple times among others.

 

I have absolutely no idea what has caused it, but it just does not work. Initially, it was fine for a few weeks, but then it just disconnected from the app and now refuses to blink.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, make sure that you turn it on and off for 5 times at a slower rate. Still the same thing, you can contact the retailer or the tech support to get the warranty service.

Note: Please provide the troublehsooting you have done, the serial number of the LB100 and the proof of purchase.
