the app needs to be in the root of the applications folder for it to work properly.
also it's not signed properly so you need to go to settings -> security and allow it to be run.
it does run and sees my power line plugs.

Can you share some case details if can not use the Utlity properly like MAC OS version, a url of the software you tried,error message, thank you.
