Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.4

Tapo C200 LED Setting seems faulty.  When turned on everything is as you would expect with flashing and colour changes depending upon camera status.  However, turn the LED setting to off and the LED still lights up slowly flashing green indicating it is searching for WIFI, which is not permanently active at my home.  This flashing then triggers the motion detection which means almost continuous recordings throughout the detection period.  Surely, the LED setting should disable the LED completely?

@Tinkerbell-DDL

Hello, theoretically, the led indicator won't come on with LED setting disabled. And the led status of itself won't affect the motion detection.

Could you please shot a short video of the current issue?

Have you ever tried to hard reset the camera and reconfigure to give it a shot?

Besides, please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

Good day.
