Hello, what about other devices? Can they access the Netflix or youtube? With your Samsung tablet connected to the MR6400, try to ping Netflix and Youtube and show me the results. You can login to the web UI and change the DNS under advanced-network-LAN settings-DHCP server page. Besides, what is the OS version of the Samsung device? You can contact their tech support to get some help. Good day.

@Dkrakowski

Thanks for your reply.

You cannot ping these websites, like you cannot access these websites on your samsung device.

Please change the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4;

If it still the same, it is suggested to contact the tech support of Samsung to get some help and tell us the model number of samsung device and OS version.

Good day.
