Hi,

I have a strange problem with my modem/router. Some apps do not work properly on my new Samsung Smart TV. To be concrete, Youtube app is either stuck on spinning wheel, or it opens but not fully.

Also the TV cannot access their SmartHub service (app store).

When I change network to my mobile phone hotspot everything is fine. The TV works flawlessly.

I contacted my ISP, they cannot help me, could you give some solution?

I connect 5 mobile phones and three computers to the network and every device is working just the Samsung TV has some issue with it...

The same thing happens on the wireless and on LAN connection.

Some setup in the modem is not working properly? I am sending the log in attachement if that helps..

I have found a solution here:

Changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.4.4. resolved the issue.
