Firmware Version: 1.4.0 0.8.0 v003e.0 Build 160216 Rel.55536n

hi there.
i have high error pkts in downstream which i believe is the reason behind the internet slow connection. here are the numbers of the internet:

                                               upstream             downstream

current rate (kbps)                      517                     2047
max rate (kbps)                          1249                   3108
SNR margin (dB)                          26                      5.2
line attenuation(dB)                     25.9                   43.2.
Errors (pkts)                                   0                     24536

 

please help me to solve this issue

 

Note* i have 2 routers connected to the main router by LAN caple with different IP addresses

  @David-TP  I have lots of error too, causing disconnections VR 400 latest update

  @Mimisv hey i have the exact same problem i have a question from u does this problem limit ur max download speed? even when u restart modem before these too many errorrs? 

my download speed can not go upper than 20 Mb/s but my download rate is on 40 Mb
