Deco X60 shows disconnected in app, yet unit has a solid green light
Randomly one of my slave units will show in the app in a disconnected state, yet the light remains solid green. Whenever this occurs, my iOS devices tell me they are unable to connect to the WIFI, but all other devices remain connected and can find the internet with no issues. The only way I can get rid of the disconnected state is to unplug the unit for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Once done, all iOS devices connect back up and the "disconnected" status in the app changes to online. Anyone else encounter this? It happens randomly. I could go an entire day without it occuring (rare) or it could happen up to four times in one day.

@TP-Link_Deco Thanks for sharing this but one caution: I have a V2 device (which you can find the Hardware Version Number on the bottom of the Deco, on the Serial Number sticker it'll tell you Version.) I was eager to install this but saw the strong caution to not install V1 firmware on a V2 device, so I'm not going to.
I have this issue but it's fleeting. It'll show for about 3 seconds and then disappear when I refresh the app (pull down from top of screen, circular arrow spins, then all better)
On the whole, my X60 is OK but not great. It's not as fast as my Nest Wifi Mesh (with Wifi 5) but I'm hoping a future firmware update will improve that.
For those with a V1 device, I hope this firmware (linked above) works on your device! I hope it stops the random disconnects and also gives you Wifi 6 performance!

Hello, the issue you reported seems is not the same as others reported, the issue you encounters seems that is only an abnormal status displayed on the Deco app when you didn't login for long.
Please don't worry that we will release new firmware in the near future for V2 too.
Good day~

Hello,
Please ensure you have updated the firmware of your X60 to the latest version, which should be 1.2.5 Build 20200709 Rel. 46606. If yours is still not the latest, please update it first and reboot the whole Deco system to confirm again.
Good day~

Guys,
has anyone of you installed new firmware update? If yes - does the X60 work without any problems? Or even better?
I'm afraid to update after previous case...

I did the upgrade and everything is working fine. I can't tell something is fixed or better because I wasn't experiencing any problems.
If there is a change it's better because I haven't heard my kids about a bad connection in Brawl Stars hahaha. But I think that's more game than WiFi related 🙄🧐

Replacing my nighthawk x10 and it's not doing that much better.
