@Sunshine I could confirm that in my area the network provider Jio providing 2_CA 40A+40A total of 30 MHz channel width. Kindly ask your developers for a firmware release to support this aggregation . We all in India waiting for this since days.
@Abhi093 there is also 4CC available from Airtel India in some of its towers. But due to my phone restrictions I only get 2CC.

It's netmonster . Yes latitude and longitude are also captured from which BTS your device is latched to. And it also shows the nearby towers.
