Model: Archer VR2800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Firmware Version:1.1.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 200116 Rel.60756n

Note the router is a VR2100, not 2800 as the 2100 is not listed in the Model box!

I've had the 2100 for since July and have found that it's started rebooting on a daily basis at around the same time (just after 1pm). The lights go off/on and the logs seem to reset to 2016-01-01 for a few minutes. As far as I can see, the reboot schedule is off and firmware is up to date.

This is extremely frustrating as it drops in the middle of video calls.

Here is the start of the logs, let me know if you need anymore information:

2016-01-01 00:00:28 [5] System: DSL Training
2016-01-01 00:00:41 [5] DHCPD: Send ACK to 192.168.1.100
2016-01-01 00:00:41 [5] System: Enable Parental Controls
2016-01-01 00:00:41 [5] System: Enable IPv4 SPI Firewall
2016-01-01 00:00:41 [5] System: Enable IPv6 SPI Firewall

@GSV-CargoCult @Kyndahl

Hello, I hope the auto-reboot issue on the VR2100 is resolved.

If the auto-reboot issue, unfortunately, persists on the latest firmware, please kindly check if the latest beta firmware we provided in the below thread:

@GSV-CargoCult Having the same problem, we have been changing the date and time and then run the quick setup to get it running again. Tried updating firmware, even tried rolling it back. No joy, it does it again the next day. Any help would be appreciated

@GSV-CargoCult

Thankyou @Sunshine

I'm an Aussie,

so NSW Australia

isp is Superloop

and current device info is

Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 200116 Rel.60756n

Hardware Version: Archer VR2100 v1 00000000

We had rolled the firmware back using a file available on your website, build 191218.

No luck with that, so we updated to the current again.

I have a couple of logs saved if you need them.

Thank you for your time

K
