I have just purchased 6 deco m9's and am using them in router mode.

I have a Philips Hue Hub connected to the ethernet port of the main Deco M9 Hub. The Philips Hue functions properly; is connected to the internet (out of Hue Hub access functions).


However, when I select the main deco hub to see which (wired & wireless) deviced are connected (to the main hub specifically) the Hue Hub is not on the list. The hue hun not being on the list is not the only issue, other local devices have issues accessing the Hue Hub.


Other devices connected to the M9's are listed as ethernet connected devices and are functioning normally.

Hi, Sorry for the delay.

Did you set up the static IP address on the Philips Hue hub before?

If yes, please change to DHCP;

While if the issue still here, please try to click the ‘+’on the top right to manually add a smart device to see what happened.
