I am having issues with streaming films from Netflix using my AppleTV device. I can view the list of films available on Netflix but when trying to view one I get the following error message "A problem occurred while playing this item. Try again later, or select a different item. Go to www.netflix.com/support for more information. (139:NFErr_MCAuthFailure)".

After following all the steps suggested by Netflix support, I still cannot view any film and they suggested the following "If you have completed the steps above but are still having issues connecting to Netflix, contact your internet service provider. They can help you determine whether your router is properly set up to communicate with the other devices on your home network." Please let me know if the router can be configured to communicate with Netflix on AppleTV. Please note that other apps such as Youtube seem to work properly through the device.
