Firmware to select band on MR-6400 V5

Hello,
Need help here to enable manual band selection on my newly purchased router -MR6400 V5.
Without this, my internet is worse than connecting via phone.
If it's not available, I will return it.

Currently, TL-MR6400 v5 does not support manual band-selection yet.
But we would release the firmware later which could support this feature.

Yes, it doesn't support.
Is there any timeline for this ? Or can it be made any faster.
Let me tell you, this decide is almost useless like this.
The connections are getting dropped and speed is poor than mobile phone hotspot.
Please assist.

Update: for the V5, it is still not available.
since a couple of days ago, the official firmware for MR100 has been released and I think V5 is on the way.

I got the link for V4.
Can the beta firmware for V4 be applied to V5 system ?
Since there is no surety of the timeline, I want to apply it.

The beta firmware for V4 is not compatible with V5.
So you might still wait for a while for the firmware of V5.

Our developer has provided a beta firmware which allows you to manually select the band on the MR6400 v5, please check and confirm:
