Unable to obtain IP Address - RE300 / Connected without internet
Hi,
I am unable to connect to the extender after setting it up via tether app, I tried connecting to it but it only shows "can't obtain ip address", also tried resetting and setting up via web ui but it shows connected without internet. Also tried to contact live chat but unable to get through after waiting for hours, called technical support and the agent on the line were unable to solve the issue, said that the issue is a little weird and will get a senior engineer to contact me within one working day. Gave her my email and till today there was still no update. Can you help to solve this issue?
