I have a vunch of NC model TPLink camera which i use TPLink mobile app to view for many years. With the 2 new TAPO cameras can i integrate to use either of the mobile apps to view all the new and old TPLink cameras?

Hi, I am afraid not.

NC cameras are using tpCamera APP which Tapo cameras use Tapo APP and they are not compatible with each other.
