Tapo c200 has stopped recording
Hi - My 2 month old Tapo has stopped recording videos either when set to continuous or motion detection.
I can trace the begining of the issue when I changed the settings from motion detection to coninous, although setting it back to motion detection made no difference.
To preempt the standard support responses:
- My Tapo app is up to date
- The camera has an 8gb card installed
- I can confirm that the camera previously (4 days ago) recorded motion activated clips
- I have reset the camera and gone through the setup process again including deletling old video files from the card
- The camera IS detecting motion events - I can see the notifications in the 'inbox'
