the official firmware for TL-MR100 which supports band selection has been released already, please refer to the following link:

If the power supply is more than 9V/0.85A, it would burn the device, so please stay with the original power adapter;
As for the antennas, it has 2* Detachable External 4G LTE Antennas;

I have the very same question. I had downloaded it prior to the moment it was removed. Is it safe to upgrade MR100 router with this version of firmware?

Just confirmed with the web admin, TL-MR100(EU)_V1_201016 has been removed from TP-Link official website due to factory production limit, the firmware itself is working fine, but it cannot be updated in batches, so we will release a new firmware to solve this problem.
Don't worry, we will soon release a new version and you will be able to update it from this version.

If I didn't understand it wrong, I remember you are already on the previous 201016 firmware, am I right? You can keep that firmware, and there are no issues or bugs with that firmware.
As for the newer version, we have no ETA yet, please keep an eye on the official website by yourself, thanks.

@Kevin_Z hai, can i use power more than 9V/0.85A ? 2Amp maybe. and one more thing, is how to use external antenna? any setting i need to change or its just plug and play kind of ting.

I have tried that band selection firmware version TL-MR100(EU)_V1_210119 on my router. I don't see any option to select bands on Bands list. Plz suggest which is correct version to install to select Bands. Country : India in case if this is blocked in our country.
