Hi,

 

All devices using Wi-Fi are unable to connect to the Internet for 2 minutes every 24 hours.

The time when the connection cannot be established depends on the time when AX73 is started. For example, if the AX73 is started at 01:00, it fails at 01:00 every day.

This time did not change with the scheduled reboot. It happens at 01:00 every day, even when it is rebooted at 03:00 every day by scheduled reboot.

Can we know the WAN connection type on the AX73? Have you observed this when you first install the router, or this happens recently?

The Internet connection type is V6 Plus.

I installed the router a month ago and it happened from the beginning.

Sorry, I meant the WAN connection type you chose for the AX73 to connect to the internet, you can find it under Advanced > Network page.
