TP. LINKMR6400 VI sim is not Working

In My MR6400 VI sim is not Working It's Catching The network But Data automatically Disconnecting All time And net is Not working so please help me to solve the issue and i put jio airtel they are working well..

When you insert the VI sim card into the MR6400, can we have a screenshot of the Advanced > Status page?
If possible, please test another SIM card on the MR6400, check if it can connect to the internet.
If it works with another SIM card but cannot work with the VI SIM, please send us the whole system log on the MR6400, we will investigate.

I use vi postpaid sim in mr6400 it worked properly for yesterday. Now today i am unable to access internet. It shows connected but no internet.
I tried other sim card its working but. No not vi sim.
Please help me through this issue

Did you test the VI postpaid sim on the smartphone to see whether the sim card worked on the phone?
Maybe the subscription is out of service and needs to be recharged?

Noo I Just Took new Sim card few days back... It works in Phone . Actually its unlimited plan .. And i have already recharge..
Please help me through this Issue.. At home i have only range for Vi .. No other sim cards.
