Good Morning

I just ordered a pair of these - - and I have a couple of questions - first what is the MIMO used for?  Is the connectivity between the 2 units over the electrical wires exclusively or is there some mesh or radio connectivity between the 2 units?   That being said if so, what frequency do they use?   Also I understand they have WIfi built in - can this be disabled and these used strictly as an ethernet connection providing multiple ethernet ports on the same LAN?   Also can the SSID's be changed on the Wifi?   Thanks in advance.

@HK2LS  Hello,

Powerline adapters transmit data through powerline grid in the house, ordinary adapters use live line and neutral line to transmit data, with MIMO technology adapters transmit data through live line, neutral line and ground line, which larger the throughput between 2 powerline units.

PA9020P KIT is wired powerline KIT and does not have WIFI on the 2 units, if the model begins with " WPA", that  has a wireless part,

WIFi could be disabled for wireless power line unit, tpPLC Utility could customize wireless settings for powerline units.

Here is an FAQ to change a WIFI name and password for WiFi powerline unit:

Hope this could help~
